I don't know all the BMW nomenclature for all their blues. It was a light navy-blue, sort of like the lighter blue on the capital building in your sig.

I'm pretty sure it was VA tags. It's the same blue as the guy with the "M-rated" but I'm not sure if it was him or not.

The guy had the RRT sticker showing through his rear tinted side windows.

My estoril M was parked in Virginia all week, though it does spend some time at RRT. And a U-turn caused somebody to miss TWO cycles of a traffic light? Must have been a hellacious cloud of tire smoke, or he ripped the fabric of the space-time continuum.

Well, actually , it was a 3 pt turn. Maybe he couldnt' do a full U turn because his front wheels would scrape the fenders at full-lock? :dunno
