i went to the philadelphia zoo yesterday and had a BLAST! As much as i wanted to watch the eagles, or just do nothing, i found myself haveing a ton of fun. I was running around like a little kid saying to my girlfriend, look at that, and WOW. Needless to say i came home with a smile, and i was non stop for 4 hours yesterday. It was a great time

allsports gp may be too much for the typical lady...unless she's into that sort of thing. There is another gokart place on Rt.28 in Chantilly but it's kinda kiddy'ish. You could hit the zoo as it's usually a good idea. A ball game isn't too expensive, but I've never been so I dunno what it'd be like however I hear good things. Take her on the Metro during rush hour and then cruise through Anacostia.

Seriously- why not spend a day in Old Town Alexandria- then in the evening take her on The Nina's Dandy, it's a small cruise boat that goes up the Potomac right outside of DC and it departs from Old Town Alexandria. There's food, dancing, etc. Pretty pimp and upscale.

I cant believe anyone else knows what disc golf is! HA..I play all the time.

I'm gonna third the zoo idea. My girl came to town last weekend and I took her to the local zoo. Every single animal she was like "ohhh it's soo cute." Girls love animals, and it's cheap and fun and will take up a whole day if it's a big zoo. Plus it's quiet, so you can talk a lot.
