I would sell mine for the right price with almost any songs you want fully loaded. I am looking to upgrade to a 60GB. My 40GB is always full.

Don't get an ipod. They are ghey imo. So many better mp3 players out there that are cheaper and don't get you by the balls when you try to copy mp3's off and on the player. Look at the Creative Labs brand.

Creative Labs MP3 players have some major issues with freezing and the batteries dieing. As for the iPod, you can either stick ipodlinux on there, rockbox on there, or use Ephpod to transfer your music. I have a nano and I don't even have iTunes installed. Playing Doom on an iPod FTW.
