Anyone know a good place in MD to take my valve cover to get powder coated?

It's not MD but. . .

We had a couple tours at
American Stripping Company

They looked like they did nice work.
You could always ship it to them.

What did you have the powder coat?

I didn't. They mainly do architectural designs, but they also do car parts.
To them it's just another piece of metal. I've seen a display of a brake caliper in multi-colors.
And pretty reasonable from what I remember.

Hmm, I'll keep them in mind. I think I want to try and find someplace a little closer. But if all else fails i'll give them a shot. Thanks.

Wow, that valve cover and plenum look great. And it's cool you mentioned rims also. I have e36 rims on mine and I painted them black and was thinking of having those done too. Where are you located and about how much do you charge. Just to let you know I'm not going to be doing this very soon, hopefull within the next few months. Thanks man

Joe,

Thanks for the kind words. I just finished a set of 95 M3 wheels for a friend, they turned out BEAUTIFUL, but it was ALOT of prep work.

I live in Aberdeen Maryland, and work in Delaware. If it would be easier you could just drop the stuff off at my house. Depending on how much stiff you have it would take a day or two.

But just an E30 valve cover, maybe $60, cause it does take some time to get it down to bare metal.

Just let me know if you are interested.

I repost my old thread on all the work involved in doing these wheels.

I do everything by hand so my process (as of yet) takes ALOT of time...:(
