I feel we should recognize those who go above and beyond to provide customer service. Brett Anderson, owner of KMS (also known as Koala Motorsport) is worthy of such recognition. I recently had some maintenance work done to my car and had ordered some UUC underdrive pulleys to be installed as well. After removing the existing pulleys and belts it was discovered the UUC sent the wrong pulley. Everything was put back on and the correct pulley was promised from UUC. I scheduled a return visit to have the UDP's installed and my wheels balanced. Unfortunately UUC was now back ordered again so the pulleys would have to wait. It was friday morning and my wheels were balanced. As I am pulling out of the parking lot I here a crack and lose my power steering. I turn around and learn from KMS that the factory plastic power steering pulley had sheared off. Brett Anderson, immediately provided me with a loner car and asked me to return that afternoon. Upon my return I expected to pay for the replacement parts and installation labor. Brett politely declined and asked that I just pay the $20 cost of the pulley. He explained that I had already been put out by having to come back and that he was most concerned about customer service. This experience is indicative of business owner who cares about his customers and their long term relationship. Even though he lost money and time both on the attempted UUC pulley install and the follow up visit, Brett Anderson and KMS were more concerned about my satisfaction. I highly recommend KMS and thank them for taking care of me. :buttrock
