The lock on my trunk is controlled by my remote key system. It will not open with either the remote nor manually with the key when the alarm is disabled. When I tried to do it manually, you can physically feel the lock rotating back and refusing to open. I only tried twice because I did not want to make a bad situation worse. Anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to trouble shoot this? Thanks much.
