Well its lookin like crappy weather... and acouple peolpe have cancelled out already, guess I'll head up and atleast see if anyone comes out ;)

:( Auhhh nope... Just me and my girl...

But when I pulled in the lot there was a green ///M Coupe there :eek: I was all excited :D... Then I noticed it had a Wisconsin plate. I parked two cars down from it but it was gone before we left so who knows. But how weird is that :rolleyes

I was kinda figuring that no one would show before I left to go out, so I called some of my friends in the euro group that I hang out with last min and two of them came out. Their cars: Quattro TT with APR Stage 1 / Mk3 Jetta VR6 Turbo...

Well I'll still plan one for next month but if no one comes, then that might be the last :(... Its funny I see soooo many hot BMW in the Burgh and surrounding areas but can't get a group together to hang & chat cars. I understand people are busy. I myself have a very busy life style, but I love cars and I try to do as much car related car stuff as possible. So once a month :) it'd be fun to hang with other locals Bimmer owners. I currently post the info on three boards as of now (BF / Roadfly / M3Forum's), but I'll try to widen that for the next one... Post up if you know of any...

How about pittspeed? I've never been there, but there's probably one of two over there. I really wanted to come out, but school takes priority over...well, just about everything. Ask my E/X GF.

Yeah CE has a forum (but we use the Vortex more anyways)? Already on both of them sites and know most of those guys. Hence the CE sticker in my rear windows. I hang out with all those guys a couple days a week :) , we play soccer together twice a week. Pittspeed - I know some of them (VW guys mainly) but don't really think theres any BMW in that crowd.

And just last weekend a bunch of us cruised out to the H20i show in Ocean City MD, 60 total cars in a Rally left the Burgh last Friday morning for the weekend, balls to the wall good time :D .

I have more then enough car things going on each month and friends in the scene, I just thought I'd step up and take a shot at trying to get some local Bimmer owners together once a month. I'm new to the BMW thing and enjoy learning more about the cars and people who drive them thats all... So no biggie if this takes off or not... Just thought I'd try and get something rollin... And I know how busy life is and completely understand... I acturally do alot more then car stuff, my girl and I are really into the outdoor and spend most of are weekends with friends and family camping, hiking, or kayaking in the state parks...

Wow wish i would of read about this monthly meet a little bit sooner. Im def down for next month, and im sure my Bimmer buddies will be too, we could prob bring a total of 5 or 6 Cars depending on if people are busy. But if you get me a date i will tell everyone to keep it open. We met at the Stack meet earlier this year. Front bumper / body kit was a limited Erebuni kit #55, made per order, waited 8 months to get it. Only kit that still kept the car lines smooth and flow with the car IMO. The sides and rear are molded in and the rear hatch plate panel was shaved. Plate is recessed / molded into rear bumper now.
