The E30 were sold couple weeks ago, if I dont have move, I would've keep that car.

Thanks, honestly, if I have more time I would take time selling the car, but now everybody know that I need to sell it and they keep beating me with the lower price. I advertise the car for $8000 before and someone offer $7500 and then he disappear, then I lower the price down to $7500, that same person offer me $7000. Now I offer the car for $7000, other people keep beating it down. I dont know how these people sleep at night because it is very pathetic of what they did. I got people offer $6000, even $4500 to buy the car, I really dont know WTF they were thinking. Where the hell can they get a car like this for $6000? Last week shows some potential buyers, I even talk to people over half an hour on the phone, sound like a very good chance for me to get rid of the car, say they come down, blah blah blah and then weekend comes but no one bother coming.

trust me I know, I am having a bit of a hard time getting rid of my MR2s.

for selfish reasons I wish you could hold onto the car until I had money (god knows when that is). I am definitely a buyer who knows the value of a clean chasis because everything else can and will be pulled out for something new and better :) I dont mind pulling engines and suspension components all day long.

Wow, I've been keeping track of this sale. To be honest, the "buyers" have been complete morons. I think its just been bad luck. Theres no don't it will be bought soon. If this was for sale in December, it would already be in my driveway. Good luck dude, seriously.

Cash/MO/cashier checks is the only payment I'll take. You asking me to take $12,000 check from you then refund $5000 back to is seem kinda weird and I dont feel comfortable doing that.

dude that is the biggest scam!!! some asshole tried that with my dad for a porsche...except the check was for 35k and they wanted 10k back. they get your car plus 5k...can you say S-C-A-M!!!.
anyways im trying to move my car in the next two or three days...if it goes before you sell it on egay then i am a cash in hand non bs buyer...ill fly up there and buy it on the spot...please get back to me on pm.

I know about the scam and what not but I dont want to bash on anyone because I dont know what his situation is so why not answer "NO" and walk away. But yeah, who the hell gonna take a $12,000 check, hand over the car, then pull out $5000 to refund the buyer. Even if it's not a scam, I wouldn't take any chances at all.

Rightfully so -- and to be safe, if it's not cash you should do the transaction at his bank, or perform a money transfer with you both present at your bank. Some people may take a personal check and send the title when the check clears, but this is a hassle for both parties.

Anyone asking for a "refund" check is attempting to scam you, no question about it. There is no situation where this is legitimate -- why wouldn't they just cash the check themselves? They're too lazy to go to the bank and cash their check, but not too lazy to cash your "refund" check?

whow! It's still not sold yet. I am amazed! Selling such a clean M3 at such dirt cheap prices shouldn't be so hard. Really, I have the impulses to sell my 328 and get this one.

So many people want an M3 and dont want to spend 13k for one, this is their chance. I know i'd jump on it if I were in the market for a cheap M3!
