Hey guys, i just wanted to post up a pic of my 525i and see if i can hear any suggestions on it. Im planning on lowering it, but im not sure what type of springs to go with. I also wanted to do a manual swap to it, but i heard it's cheaper to just buy an manual 525 :/. So anyways, tell me what you think :D

can you fit a bigger tire on there. They look a little small for the car. I kind of like the 'meaty' tire look, and have 275 front and 285/35-18's on my M5.
I had a dinan stage 3 suspension on my old 525iTa, which i really liked. Good compromise between handling and comfort, and not too low. Parked next to my mother in laws stock 525iTa, it looked quite low, however.

I'm curious what the Dinan springs look like. Do you have any pics?

Looks good. I think you're on the right track with suspension. It will make a significant difference in feel and look a bit tighter as well. Maybe throw some tint on there? Engine chip? Tranny chip?

Koni/Eibach springs would fit your car well. nice car, btw

I'd say chip it, and maybe some euro bumper trim? And dark tint looks awsome on black bimmers.
Are you looking for performance or style suggestions? Or both?

Tint for sure

Smoked turnsignals

Smoked sidemarkers or eurotrim to delete them

Definately need beefier rubber under there, though honestly i really am not feeling the rims. 18" M-pars are still my favorite rim on an e34.

a mild lowering would also be good

Well as for mods im looking to do... I would like to do performance mods, but at the same time i dont see a point considering it's going to be on an automatic car, and i dont have enough money to swap it to a manual anyways. The rims and tires that are on the car, came with it when i bought it. I am planning on getting new 18" wheels, but am unsure what to get, and if i sell these rims, idk how much i could get for them. I know right now my car needs a new muffler becuase the current one is a bit rusty. For tint, i was looking for about 35% all the way around. For suspension i was thinking either the Eibach or H&R springs, but dont know what shocks to go for.

Koni shocks are your best choice for E34's. I like the current look with the E36 DSII's. Some lowering would really complete it though. Are you running massive spacers on the wheels, or are they aftermarket?

The dual spokes look great on these cars... do you know how big of a spacer you're running on there? I've been throwing around the idea or running some staggered M contours on my car for a while now. BTW... you could get around 600 for those DS-II's if they are in good shape.
