To make a very long story short, i sent an engine through them on a crate strapped down. Upon arrival, those straps dissapeared, the plastic valve cover was removed from the engine and put under the block to "balance it" The motor was scored everywhere and even scraped in some areas. i had my lawyer call them up, and we spoke to the general claim's manager whose exact words were "we could throw your motor off the empire state building and we still wouldn't be liable" they sent a check for $40 to recoup for damages; they say they are only liable for 10cents per pound. Anyways, i am still pursuing this under negligence, but we have a written contract which is pretty hard to get past in court. Anyways, don't ship anything through central transport. They seem to not give a fuck about anything, remember, i didn't speak to a regular employee, i spoke to the general manager, who said they could toss my motor off the empire state building and that there was nothing i could do about it.

They sound unbelievably shady... Anyone else with interesting quotes from general managers or any other higher ups?
