did the clutch delete mod.

haha, thats why your car is slow! you took your clutch out. My car was slow when i did my engine delete mod- it didnt go anywhere. jk anywho....

ok, now ill be serious...

There should be an adjustment on the pedal but! dont forget that the OEM 540i pressure plate has a stupid little self adjusting mechanism on it that tries to keep the clutch pedal in the exact same location while the clutch disk material degrades over time. I read something somewhere that said, "the self adjusting clutch mechanism- BMWs answer to a question that no one was asking."

Maybe your self adjusting clutch mechanism thing is not adjusted and its causing your issues (?) I would think that the clutch pedal should not have to be adjusted since if this is your 2nd clutch, then no one should have been adjusting the clutch pedal itself.

sorry i cant help more but its some stuff to think about.
