I have a 2003 530i and about two months ago I actually left the stereo off for a bit and noticed a squeaking noise from all four doors. After some investigation I found that the window seals were making the noise and the car shifted during the drive. Now that I know it's there, it bugs... since I'm not really a car guy, just lucky enough to own a BMW, what do I do to fix it? Is this normal? I'm sure I only noticed it because the past 3 years have been wonderfully quiet.

Thanks for your help!

If you are under warr take it to the dealer there is a bulletin about it. They replace all 4 seals.

Yes, I bought the 7 year / 100k warranty, so I should be good.

Thanks!

To make it short my car had all 4 door seals squeaking as if rubber was being pinched, even on smooth roads. Dealer replaced all 4 seals under warranty.

for any of you that arent underwarranty..pick up some stp silicon spray...it sprays on dry..spray inside the run channel ..give it a minute..no residue..helps to lube the channel..they get dry with moisture..it stops the problem for sometime..doesnt damage to rubber seals:buttrock

rather not. wd40 will damage the rubber over time.
