My friend is about to sell his 1995 M3 to a guy at the dealership for a low low price ($5K)

I told him he could get more for it on bf.c - anyway I am listing it to see if there is any interest

the front driver seat shows a lot of wear
the passenger seat shows moderate wear
rear seats are in great condition
it has an aftermarket head unit + stock headunit
runs strong
serviced at dealership it was purchased from
one owner car
clean title

needs new tires
needs to get passenger door lock fixed
needs to get sunroof fixed (dealer quoted $1K)
passenger window plays some sort of game with passenger when you are trying to close it
everything else is in pretty good shape

paint could use a cut/buff - but it is still glossy when clean
some dings and scratches from
cooling system has been replaced by dealer
clutch has been replaced by dealer

that is all i can think of right now

i have driven the car and it still pulls very hard - first gear is a bitch to get into sometimes (usually go to second then back to first)

i will try to get pics - but he is about to sell it in the next day or so

id like to know in details the problems with the car, ie the passengers window and sunroof.

also, does he have ALL maintence records, how often the oil was change, and if he has done his 100k inspection yet.

also would like to know the ownership history for the vehicle, and if you have a carfax, that would be great, as well as if your friend owns the title or is it a bank owned.
