Pretreatment: Media blast to white metal. Zinc rich or zinc free powder primer. Top coat powder finish.
Coatings Application: Two corona guns, one tribo, thermoset polyester epoxy and thermoplastic, liquid HVLP for epoxy, urethane, and ceramic.
Curing System: Two 10' x 10' x 14' ovens accommodate 17' diagonally, one infrared oven 7' x 29' x 8'.
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: 14' x 24' x 10'.
Quality Control: In-house quality control to meet customer requirements. MEK rub, mil-thickness testing.

Usual cost is @ $75 per wheel.
