I bought this off used and never installed it. So I can't really make any comments about what it takes to put it on. I included the pic of the part number for anyone who wants to go to URI's site and confirm fit on it. As for the belts... I got it with the one belt you see pictured. But since I never installed it, I cant say for certain if it takes another belt. The part numbers I have are: URI Pulley: PN 0202102 Rev A Belt: 25-060598 There are pics of these in the original post. This part is $192.66 new + shipping and DOES NOT include the belts. URI provides recommended belt sizing, but they are not included with the pulley. Also, I got this from URI's site on recommended belt sizing. It is for Part 040200302 / 040201302, URI's complete pulley sets. I emailed URI and they confirmed that these sizings are also appropriate for the crank pulley only. New Belts Sizes (The belt sizes used may vary slightly. We recommend the use of Gates brand belts. Belt sizing can vary from belt manufacturer to belt manufacturer) • Alternator, Power Steering and Water Pump: 1996-01 Gates K060598 • Air Conditioning: 1996-01 Gates K050336 I'm not sure on the OEM sizing for the A/C... so I'm not sure if this is different that stock.
