Rear tire wont balance and keeps eating the tread on the inside of tire.Turns out its bent.Its a replica.Can i get this fixed or am i better off just buying another one of ebay.

Depending on where you are, it is $120 ~ $170 to have one fixed, may be better off buying one on ebay.

I noticed your in N.Y. Try Dunn sport on Boston Post Road just south of Conner Street. He fixes all bent rims. I think that's the name but it's definetly over there. Good luck!
