Needs no maintenance. Stock tires have at least 10k+ miles of life left. The Toyo T1-S have at least 5k left. Non-staggered.

Correction, the stock tires are brand new. Have at least 20k plus miles

Not really. I buy most of my cars out of state. This one came from FL actually. The E36 M3 was bought in MA. If you are financing, I can send the bank the information, they process the paperwork, you fly down, I pick you up, and you drive back to CT. Just need a weekend to drive back and experience the car. Is a pretty cool trip through the mountains too.
