When we saw an Elise is Australia a few years ago she said she would take it to a DE. Now she is backpedalling. Maybe next April if I can talk her into one. I hope she would try it at least once.

The center console looks like a custom job. I've looked through a few on eBay just now & none of them had matching paint.

Some have it...most don't. I haven't seen it on the option list so I am assuming it is after he got it. It looks factory though.

Yes Don Davis Nissan. They SAID they only had it for one month and only 3 people had driven it (the people that were driving it when we showed up to drive it, my wife and somebody a few weeks before)....maybe that other person was you??? We found out thru the carfax that they probably had it on the lot since April. LOTS of lies from Don Davis.

yeah betwen the mercury store and the nissan store. that car has been there at least April. cuz i saw it on sale in may before i went to NY, they were asking 36999, I was gonna offer 34k, but that color just wasnt me... those cars are VERY hard to get in and out of. and is very loud!!

Whats faster/funner to drive, the Lotus or M5?

They had it listed on autotrader for $43...they had it on their website for $38,900. I doubt they had it at $36.9k...but maybe they did. *shrug*

Funner/faster Elise vs M5? *shrug* I haven't driven the Elise yet. They are completely different cars. If I could comfortably fit in either car and didn't have a track car, the Elise would be the track car and the M5 would be the long distance highway cruiser. They should be about the same performance as the power to weight ratio is about the same (the M5 weighs twice the Elise and has twice the power).

I saw an Elise the other day on the freeway and the guy was wearing earplugs, I guess it is kind of loud. I dont care, I'd still own one if I could.
