View Full Version : Jessica or Craig from PPS (Performance Parts Store) Where is my product?
Patrick33 08-27-2006, 07:33 PM I ordered a set of sparkplugs for my car at the end of july, and have yet to recieve them, and noone will respond to my emails or private messages starting a little over a week ago... WHERE ARE MY SPARKPLUGS? They have been paid for, and I have no product.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS/PMS!

I just bought some swaybar links from them off eBay, and almost two week no product and no response to email asking if it shipped. I know of them from here, and have bought from them before, but look at this eBay record lately:

I wouldn't used them anymore.

It looks like the last time Craig or Jessica even logged onto the forums was back in August.
Edit: Are they even in business anymore??? Their website fails to pull up now and like jlaq mentioned there is no phone recording, it just rings.

Yep they got me for $350
and now their website is down and the phone numbers disconnected... they sent me the wrong parts.....i sent them back...ate shipping...and now it looks like its a total loss...

I contacted PPS's attoney at what I believe is his law firm in order to receive an assurance that my order had been cancelled due to PPS's current bankruptcy status. I luckly wasn't charged for anything so I guess I placed my order late enough to escape the hassles of trying to get a refund. I doubt that anyone will be getting a refund in the time span that was promised by PPS's attorney unless their financial situation is not "that bad", the bankruptcy process just isn't that simple. I will update if I find out any other useful info.

phong468 10-11-2006, 11:22 PM I may have his info but I got no reply from any of my emails. The problem is that I think he recently left his last firm. He is no longer listed as a partner or as an associate but his name still shows up on the title of the web page for the firm (the bar at the very top of the browser). A shady lawyer for a shady business I guess. I sent two very professional and legally correct emails with my credentials and got no response. I haven't pursued any further than that mainly because I was never charged. Calling might be more effective.

helrot325 getting a refund that quick is a very good sign that things are being handled efficiently and there is money there to be refunded. It does seem a little irresponsible that they have not contacted all those who did not receive product though. They obviously have a list.
