Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me some places I should live at? I got a job out in Englewood, co and I have no idea where anything is. So I'm wondering if anyone has inputs as to what areas are nice and what places I should stay out of. And what are some of pitfalls of living in co in general.

Also what is the property tax rate colorado just in case if I do buy a house out there.

Thanks alot.:)

Property tax is highly dependant on where in Colorado you buy your house.

Areas to live depend on what you want, a short commute, activities, urban living, suburban living, mountains, etc...

I'm hoping for a drive that is less then 30miles of englewood. As for the type of living I want something quiet out in the suburbs would be nice.

thanks

That basically puts you almost anywhere in Denver. Find a good realtor and go check out a bunch of areas. They'll be able to tell you about property taxes etc.
