Actually, members have mapped out about 350 miles of scenic and twisty roads through New York (Nu), Massachusetts (Mass), and Vermont (Mont). I went on the drive back in April, and it was incredible! One of the best ever drives in my BMW, period.

So John, whats the deal with the website?

Speed limits are mostly 55 like Snarcher said but you'd be nuts to drive that fast. We never go above 80 and thats in the straights.

We also make stops at scenic spots and eat at the famous Papa Gino's pizza place.

But seriously, why is the page broken? Snarcher ownes the domain, and that works. But Jsedlak ownes the server. I'm confused because the PhPB software that we use was free...

GMCBMWCCA is hosting the Oktoberfast event which will involve scenic drives, car shows, and a autocross. The weekend of Oct.6-8

I won't be going on any drives anytime soon. The SHO is dead. Trying to save up for an e30 or e28 at the moment. If I am lucky enough to have one before the end of fall, I will definately be in for a drive.

The 2002 is coming back home next week. I would love to go on a drive but my weekends are completely full untill Nov. Looks like the next drive will be for OktoberFAST.

Is there any planned cruises coming up within the next 2-3 months?

Sorry guys... I had been out all week on vacation (no internet) and just got back. I already sent an email to the hosting service but it is either due to lack of payment or NWS material on the server. Never-the-less I can try and get a temp board up and running on my second server...

I am definately up for a fall drive, I think we should hit up the Adirondacks as I was just up there near Upper Saranac Lake and it was insane how nice the roads were and how fun they would be with a trail of 20 BMWs...

Update: Apparently the Server bills haven't been paid since 2004 or something and they decided to keep sending the notice emails to a dead email address despite me having updated them. So no more service from them... luckily I have my second server already up and running so I will get something up ASAP.

Just remember that this killed my primary email addys so as much as it killed NMMR it killed my ability to stay in contact with people. But don't worry, NMMR will be back soon. :mad :D
