It's time to start clearing out some of the parts I have stocked up over the last couple of years for this rebuild.
First off I have a used 2.0 head that I bought and had it taken to a shop and tested a year and a half ago and it pressure tested fine. It's been in a box ever since. Now that I bought an entire engine to rebuild I don't need this head.
Secondly I have the 2.0 head off the original engine that had a spun bearing. This head performed fine BUT there is one area that needs attention and that is that one of the spark plug holes had a plug cross-threaded in it so it needs a heli-coil.
I also want to add that these are just the heads. NEITHER of them come with the dizzy.
PM me as I am taking offers to continue to fund my rebuild. All offers are NOT to include shipping as these puppies are not light. Rest assured however that I will not inflate shipping a single penny or charge for packing!!
What I may opt to do in the end is once a price is established then I will accordingly find the parts I need from Bavauto and just have you order and have the parts sent to me. We can discuss that option later..

On another note, as things progress and it looks like the header I have works out as it should then I will have a used thermal reactor, used EGR filter and a brand new exhaust downpipe.
