Well i bought my ticket for Hawaii today,i can't wait to leave. I'm going to be on Oahu for 19days in october,from the 4th to 21st. I'm going out there to surprise my brother for his 30th b-day,i haven't seen him since he left 5years ago. I'm looking foward to the flight since it's been 14yrs since i was last on a plane and i've only been on one for about an hour so the flight should be interesting.

Anything you guys can recommend to check out while i'm there?

there so much to do here but don't know what you're into. I'd beware the tourist parachute jumping for now. have not heard anything bad about the parasailing tours. when you get here look for all the free booklets and pamphlets there's one called 1001 things to do and it's a good one! speaking of Don Ho, he got a fun restaurant/lounge across from Gordon Biersch in Aloha Tower. highly recommended to go chill before sunset, usually has some live entertainment too. get thee out of Waikiki. or not :p

Now i'm going to spend my 1st week out there working to get some extra cash. Or if anyone wants to buy a Joe Dimaggio autograph for 2k that would help me out.
