I ordered a pair of rear lower control arms from UUC last week. When I went to install them this past weekend, one of the ends was frozen (thread wouldn't break loose no matter what). I sent an email to Rob and got a response back within a couple of hours (on a Saturday, no less) saying to give him a call Monday morning and he'd get me a replacement shipped out.

This morning I called and received an apology for the inconvenience and an assurance that a new part would be shipped out that day, with next-day delivery. Sure enough, tracking information shows that I'll have my replacement part tomorrow.

Just had to give credit where it's due. UUC is on my short list of top-notch vendors.
