Congrats to POSER, ZZZING, EM0E3, ///MD, and K-Funk for their efforts at yesterday's autox.

POSER and ZZZING took first in BS and ASP respectively, EM0E3 was second in CSP and ///MD third in BSP...K-Funk and yours truly also took third in FSP and SM.

EM0E3 and ///MD were on their game yesterday, taking 4th and 8th overall out of 120 participants.

kevin, thanx for the jack and stands...and glad that you were able to get your car running...pushing your car was my exercise for the month...

unfortunately, that was the only place I was flyin'...sometime back, I lobbied Curtiss for a 6-run format for those over 60, but he wouldn't buy it...:D

Congrats to all, you were smokin' it up.

Sure was hot as hell on that blacktop though:eek:

Man, I miss my sticky tires, it is just not the same on street tires, even good ones like the S03's.... oh well, it was nice not hauling them down from storage and doing all the changing back and forth. Next one in two weeks, quick turnaround. Hopefully the one incident will not affect us, that was pretty scary for a moment.

It was fun to get the 'ole M out again. For me, that thing is like a well oiled baseball mitt. I was a little tentative since I haven't autoX'd it in a while but I started to get the feel for it again on runs 3 and 4. Much more predictable than the subie. The M is more like a scalpel whereas the subie is like one of those Chinese meat cleavers! :D

Thanks for the props guys!
It was good to see the BMW presence do so well. Getting back out there sure felt good after a long hiatus. I'm hoping to be there Sep 3, but the wife's friend is getting married. Maybe I can arrange to run in the morning...
BSP is tough! That Lee clan dominates!!!
Hope you all can make it out next event!
