I'm the happy new owner of and 06 M Coupe. It is blue with all options. I look forward sharing this experience with you guys. I'm usually a Porsche person and this is my first BMW. I will use the car as a daily driver and an occasional backup track day car.
I have 100 miles on the car and it is a lot of fun. With traction control off and the sport button on, it is a handfull. I can't wait to reach 1200 miles...
I wish there was a little more sound from the engine and hope some tuner will come out with a great exhaust. I also wish there was a way to connect my iPod somewhere...

The M-COUPE will be my first BMW in a while (1997 740iL, and MB and Porsche since then), but I'm really excited about the car. Like you, I intend to make it my daily driver. Question: How's that been thus far? Your thoughts on the NAV system? Pictures?

Check http://www.europeanautosource.com - I have their DICE kit sitting on my dining room table. It will probably go in second, right after the Valentine 1. You can find a couple of DIY threads for this kit on z4um.com.

Thanks for the link. Sound like a good iPod solution. The M Coupe has been perfect to date but it is only 3 days old with 120 miles on it...
The nav system is OK but I still have limited experience with it. The car bluetooth compability blew me away. It integrated very easily with my blackberry and the sound quality is awesome. This is much better than Porsche which only supports Sim cards.
More later
