I"m looking for a rear differential for a 1995 M3. Any places/junkyards around here where I can find one?

You should get one out of a 96+ M3 Automatic they have higher gearing...cheap mans supercharger

if anything, i'd prefer taller gearing:P know of any places i can get a differential? I'm fairly new to BMWs, so I'm not wise to which places, online or B&M, that I shold go to.

The only yard in Denver that really does BMWs that I have any experience with is Eur Asian Foreign Auto Parts (http://eur-asian.com/ and 303-922-8396). I got the M30B34 in my 533i from them at a reasonable price. They may have a diff for your M3.
