For some reason I like colors that match up to blacked out trim/wheels. I was thinking about redoing my bmw in the Dodge panther pink with blacked out trim/wheels/interior. It looks amazing on some cars but I dont think itll pull off on a bmw. Try a red or charcoal.

my car is graphite metallic although it needs a paint job but look at my car and get a "hint" of what it might look like

I have my car in primer now and I will soon be painting it sparkling graphite metallic off the e90, it almost looks as if they made a paint color of carbon fiber:buttrock

I have a leaning towards dark colours, black, gunmetal greys, graphite, british racing green, very dark reds, i think they look the best. but i must admit my pick is very dark grey metalic, almost black would look great infact its going to look great on mine. ( i want black with red pearl but it just looks brown)

befor you chose a colour, have a look at the thread in the e30 pages about what colour cars get the most tickets, it has some things i never thought much about when chosing cars, (The last three were black), I know what the cops are like in aussie so it might have some good ideas.

If I ever change the colour of my car, I'll go either Reseda green or Brazil brown. Both are unusual and really nice.

i am thinking about raven blue. it's a holden GM colour
a really dark blue which almost looks black, when full sun hits it, blue mettalic and perls come up.
been spraying a car that colour recently and have fallen in love with it.

was also thinking of maybie a slight blue pearl over the alpine(if i re-paint that colour)

I wont suggest any colors for you since I would not let anyone pic the color of my car for me. Just go with what you like. Keep in mind a color change has much more hours of work to get all the old color off and the new color on. This usualy envolves the removal of all seals and replacement of new ones.

I seem to favor the Metallics though.

I say keep it white since it takes much less effort to repaint rather than having the whole car be a different color. Just put some E36 LTW M checkers on the front and back corners and you'll be satisfied.:cool
