I have an '01 325i e46, with power/memory/lumbar/heated seats. The driver's side seat back is twisted and sagging to the left, as well as the seat is sagging down. All of the functions are working, the leather is tip-top, but the seat is annoying to sit in. I'm suspecting the seat frame maybe tiwisted or bent. Can this be problem be repaired? Do I need to replace the seat framing? Has anyone had any experience with this?

sounds like you need to replace the seat frame...

I had the same problem and my mechanic welded the seat frame. It should cost anywhere from $60 -100. Also prior to welding the seat, make sure the mechanic reinforces the frame.
