Rob, I ordered an RK6A shift knob over a week ago and am still waiting for it to be shipped. Order number is 126471. Haven't heard anyting from you guys other then the order confirmation email. Let me know whats up. Thanks.

If it's a RK6a-L, then those are backordered waiting for their leather shop to finish wrapping them. If it's a regular RK6a, then you should have ordered from me, you'd have had it already ;)

FYI, you need to call UUC to check on orders, they don't check here all the time.

MCoupe.MD is my friend and I know that he already emailed both UUC and rob.
I also believed he have called UUC already to but no response.

Also it was the RK6a, not leather one. If UUC was backordered, they should have emailed him to let him know or it should have said on the website.

He should be able to check the order status on UUC's site. If it still hasn't shipped, it will say either "backordered" or "unshipped". If they're not backordered, then it doesn't make any sense why it hasn't shipped. If they are out of them, note that I've got ten of them in stock now.

I have emailed, PM, and called and have not received a response from UUC. The status of my order is still "unshipped." Has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order. UUC....where are you guys...

We're very concerned about your order, but did not see this post until today.

Please do not rely on a message board as a contact medium.

We are normally available via telephone during regular business hours, 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri. If all lines are tied up, please try again.

We do not get PM or message board e-mail because it is unreliable. Regular e-mail is barely reliable enough for regular business use, but my regular e-mail is in my sig.

1) Sorry you couldn't get through; sometimes the phones are all busy with customers, sometimes people forget that we're on the east coast and call "late" from the west coast, and sometimes (like the past week) our local phone service provider has been having technical difficulties. Nevertheless, quite a lot of people do manage to speak with us every day.

2) Many orders do not get processed due to bad credit card info - either declined credit cards, wrong numbers typed in, or wrong billing address. We do our best to contact every customer with a "declined" problem, yet sometimes even the phone numbers we have are wrong. This is a very important reason why I asked you to call back.

3) I can't guess who you are from a bimmerforums ID... so I can't cancel an order that I don't know who it belongs to! Again, please call to avoid any misunderstanding.
