My a/c is not blowing out the vents for your face, when i put it on that mode. If i move the dial to feet, cold air comes to my feet, if i put it on the defroster, air comes out there, however when i switch it to the face vents, it just makes a turbine- like sound and no air comes out. maybe a hose is disconnected or something?

any ideas?

This could be a problem with a duct door actuator, wiring for same, or a problem with the Climate Control Unit. Further diagnosis will be required to pinpoint the problem.
