So last night I went out and looked my car over. A friend of mine asked me why I was riding around with steel wool hanging out of my tail pipe. I pulled out a grocery bag full of a steel mesh... like a steel wool only not quite as fine. Does anyone know what this is and what problems it might cause? Do I need a new muffler?
