Anyone heard anything about Alutec Wheels? I've seen these in European Car Magazine, as well as on eBay and I was wondering if they're actually decent wheels or just cheap knock-offs?

I have a limited budget for wheels (saving more for suspension and engine mods) and was thinking about getting a set since they're fairly inexpensive (less than $700 for a set). Thoughts? Advice?
