alright im bout to start my turbo project this is a quick list of what i have
m50 non vanos block with m52 head
active turbo manifold
gt35r
fuel rail
40 mm hks wastegate
550cc injectors
obd1 computer with my dads old program
arp studs
cometic gasket
manual boost controller
now all i can think i need is an intercooler and a fuel pump
let me know what else i need

bov? all the piping and oil lines and stuff

bov, tbolt clamps, silicone couplers, downpipe wflex and welded o2 bung, boost guage, wideband o2 (innovate or Aem) , ur gt35r will need oil and water fittings, oil feed lines and water lines big money there , filter for turbo intake side, charge pipes, 3inch exhaust.
get a golden eagle vacum manifold instead of doin alot of vacum T's. and from what i have read a new style passenger motor mount so the turbo fits.
dumptube for hks waste gate. tap oil pan

proabably run u about a grand. dont go cheap with the fittings for ur turbo

Is your dads obd1 ecu non vanos
His dad is Card Counter...

You may want to swap to a M52 crank and pistons to make the displacement 2.8 liters.

well there is another 2.8 in the garage im just tryin to see how well the 2.5 holds up
and the ecu is for vanos thats why im using a vanos head
and i have piping,filter,oil lines,a couple extra dump tubes and a couple bov's
just seeing if there is anything major im forgetting before i start this project

Just imagine riding in that 600+ 328 and then driving a stock e30 325 ...

Kinda have to do something to the e30.
