View Full Version : anyone ever buy from vivid racing? ///M3 CRAZY 08-14-2006, 10:25 PM i ordered my clutch from them as they are a supporting vendor on m3forums. and now i am hearing mixed feedback. Goofynick6 08-14-2006, 10:45 PM I've ordered a wheel from them before after damaging one on my 240; it was backordered, but they finally got it to me. Nick advanwrx 08-14-2006, 11:24 PM Oh goodness, so Vivid has made their way to the BMW community as well. I know the owner (Dan) and used to order from him over 4 years ago for my WRX back in the day. Dan is a great guy, but the assholes working for him aren't. They've had their vendor status revoked on numerous different forums. Some say they are great, some say they are shit. I'd just call and bug them every couple days to make sure you get your stuff in a timely manner. Joey turbosporttsi 08-14-2006, 11:26 PM i've had nothing but good experiences with them, but i too have heard bad things from other WRX owners when i had one. ///M3 CRAZY 08-14-2006, 11:28 PM Oh goodness, so Vivid has made their way to the BMW community as well. Joey i spoke to Rob (said he was a co-owner) and he gave me a good deal and seemed like he was ok. and i know clutchmasters has the clutch in house so i hope it will go smoothly. ///M3 CRAZY 08-14-2006, 11:29 PM i've had nothing but good experiences with them, but i too have heard bad things from other WRX owners when i had one. there are many that have. upon farther research it looks like the problem is the overseas parts and delivery time. advanwrx 08-14-2006, 11:54 PM Like i said, its not a matter of them getting you the part, its just how long they take. It helps that you know ClutchMasters has it in stock so you are one step ahead in the ordering process. I was head of National/International Sales for World One Performance for a year and have tons of contacts, next time you guys need somethin, let me know and i'll see if i can work a good deal out for ya.
