The car has about 70k on it and a five speed I was wondering what would get me the most power for $ and not be too rough on the motor, dont want to blow it up, nos, turbocharger, or supercharger. thanks(also have alum flywheel, chip, stage 2 clutch, and intake)

As of now there are only supercharging kits for your car...a turbo kit is in the works, but have been set back by what sets most people back on the e46's, tuning.

DA-Motorsport has a turbo but people have told me to stay away from them for some reason (Too much stress on the engine).

I would get the AA stage 1 supercharger but I can't afford it so I got lower gears :)

i'd go with a Technik supercharger kit. I have one and i'm pushing 351whp. Its a great kit! More info can be found here: www.technikpower.com or search the e46fanatics.com board. There will be a lot more info there about modding an e46.

if you have proper tuning, it shouldn't be a problem on the motor.
