umm- if you go into the e34 forum and click the thing called "e34- lets see em" theres about 3-4 pages of pics. this is not the e30 section nor bimmer rides and styling section- please do not continue to dilute the 5 series forum. thank you.

Could you point me to the regs that were broken? I looked but couldn't find them. Mods, please correct me if I'm wrong.

A visitor from the e30 board stops in and very politely asks for pictures and this is how we treat her, how sad. She could have used the search function or found random pictures on the internet. She said please and thank you and now will say the e34 people have a stick up their bums.:D

She already did this (posting when there was a recent thread with the answers) previously, and was told politely to use search.

She should go back, make a post with her pictures in the appropriate forum (e30) or insert the link to her post where she put up pictures already and edit to say

Or better yet, to start she could have used search, found the e34 picture thread, and not posted at all in an E34 only forum. If we wanted to see pictures of an e30 we know to look in body styling (with search) or the e30 forum. As nice looking as her car is, let's not dick up the e34 forum with posts that are NOT relevant to the e34.


REGS:You can't find them because they aren't posted anywhere. I searched when I joined. Nonetheless they do exist (witness inability to post pics until x # of posts, etc.) and are based on common sense and courtesy to other users (posting in the correct location, not spamming, using proper english and full spelling, searching before starting a new thread, etc.). If YOU want to post a pic here then do so, but I was always of the same opinion as e39dreams in that if you don't nip improper behavior in the bud you invite further infractions.

hehe- I was just saying to avoid posting more e30 threads here in the future. Beyond that if you look at the original posters posts you will see all 500 have been in about 10 days or less- with the majority being complete BS. If this was anyone else I'd have never said a thing- she posted pics of her car on damn near every available board here. I doubt she(probably he) has ever laid a hand on an e30- or been to the UK. You seem to think that posting a picture and being a woman excuses her continual lack of interest in posting appropriately. Might even have some closeups of some Lucas wiring on my old `74 MGB. Maybe some stereo install pictures? How about pictures of my son as well? How about in the future we all stop searching for answers and just post questions like , "I'm too tired to go outside , how many lugbolts does my car have". After all if it's ok for a woman, then it's ok for a man , since we don't want to be sexist here.

You guys need to read her post. She has done nothing wrong. She was very polite about her request. She didnt just start a thread saying "Post pics of your 5" like most people do. She started off by introducing herself, sharing a little and asking for a little in return. You need to calm the F*** down eagle. You are treating her like someone who came in here and started trolling or something. I thought this was an enthusiast site. Its pretty pathetic when enthusiests b*tch about someone posting a picture of a hot car regardless of what it is.
