Just give it a good pull, it's not bolted in. Grab the front and pull straight up.

If you have a touring you have to remove the plastic surrounds around the seat belt latch first (or at least I have to!). Lift up the front edge and they rotate then come undone, To reinsert properly you have to hold the seat folded about 30 degrees to get clearance for them to engage rear first.

I don't know if sedans have the same plastic seatbelt trim or not.
