any one help me on this . i have just fitted a 318is engine in my 318ti and it wont start unless i put petrol down the thottle body. i have changed all the wiring and the ecu under the bonnet and the car turns over no problem.
any ideas guys / girls

Bournemouth here. car's off the road at the mo (92 318is). had a load of probs with the electrics so ive used it being laid up temporarily as an excuse to do the bodywork tidying, a spot of welding, (the car had a bit of a hard life before i got it) and fit all the bits ive been stacking up for a while. a south coast meet in the summer would be awesome if there's any going on.

I'm a US-expat just arrived in SW London (Richmond, Surrey). I bought a new (to me) E36 M3 with only 42K miles on the clock. Love the car, hate the petrol prices!
