View Full Version : Petit Le Mans ///Mshenanigans 08-13-2006, 10:00 AM Ok, so the only threads I found about this were from last year or before, so I hope this isn't considered a repeat. Does anyone know anything about the BMWCCA having a hospitality corral at this years race? None of the prev. threads said for sure. Also, do tickets need to be bought ahead of time due to selling out? input would be appreciated :) BruceH 08-13-2006, 10:50 AM The BMW CCA Peachtree Chapter will be hosting a hospitality tent, Bimmerstrasse, and corral at Petit. The tent will be located at turn 5. Details are being finalized now but expect a ticket price of $20. The $20 gets parking in the corral, tent admittance and lunch. She said the first 200 for the car corral (of all car makes) are free (for the infield car corral pass). Still have to buy the 1 day ticket. Definitely no admittance into the tent or BMW corral without the ticket. We will confirm and advise. Bruce M3Alpine99 08-14-2006, 11:58 PM nice im gonna call :) BruceH 08-17-2006, 08:57 AM Our coordinator contacted Road Atlanta and here is what he learned: "The only way people can park in the corral, as I understand it, is if they buy the ticket package especially for the Bimmerstrasse. They have to use the order form or call and ask for the ticket package. The ticket package includes a special parking pass and they still need to purchase the daily infield parking pass." We have been told consistently that Corral access will be restricted to those who buy the Bimmerstrasse/Corral ticket which is additional. I hope this helps. Bruce PDWebb 08-17-2006, 10:12 PM I never said you didn't have to get the infield pass for the bimmerstrasse, what I was told when I called in my order was, 'out of all makes having cars in the infield, corvettes, porsche's ...., the first 200 infield passes were free'. She told me that it would only last the first day or so since everyone was in on this deal.
