Theyre getting ready to put down the downpayment, and wammy, its ours... i believe its about 13-14 acres, two lots.

So i guess i should get to know you guys as we'll probably start seeing a lot of eachother next year...

Welcome! Yeah, Dunlap has some very nice LAND. When I say land, I mean land only. The city of dunlap is so tiny and redneck. I would recomened staying in your house on the nice plot of land you have:). Dunlap is about 20 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, so you are not far at all. Downtown has plenty to offer.

You should join the CCA and start coming to the monthly meetings we have. We do quite a few drives as well. Most of our good drives take place from Septemeber to May or so. When it starts getting really hot we kinda take it easy.

LOL SNOW TIRES
nah man, it barely snows ever here. More then it does in florida though. You will get to see it occcasionally, but not often.
The roads are awesome up here, we got mountains man.
The police arent really that bad on the interstate, a descent radar detector should keep you out of trouble there. on the main road though, its just like anywhere else.
