I have a 2001 E38 and the SES light came on. I took it to the dealer who diagnosed a CAM Sensor and cleared the codes. The CAM sensor was replaced. The light came back on before I got back to my office. I took it back, the fault code was 71 (apparently the same fault as the first time same bank). They cleared it and it was driven 40 miles and came back on again. It's getting old taking it back to the dealer. Any thoughts?

Should have noted the CAM sensor was replaced.
