I have 95 740il

So my ac has been funny lately. Sometimes it cold others its not, but only for like 10-20 sec. Well today i got a newer ac control thing(off newer 740) and the ac worked fine for alittle while, like an hour now doesnt work.

I bought the ez chill air conditioner recharge kit and when i hooked ip up guage was in red(65-200psi) and i need to seek professional help.

Anyone know what the cause might be?

Tranceshark posted this for a similiar question that I had:

"You should flush your freezing fluid in the a/c and check the temperature sensor. The working in intervals is normal. The a/c will turn down when it has reached the desired temperature and turn up when inside temperature rises again. If it never gets really cold, replace fluid. If it would get cold, but automatic doesn´t allow, check sensor. Also, is the compressor working correctly? All hoses okay?"

My vote is you might need to get your new A/C control panel coded to your car (by the dealer). I've read that would cause no cold air, but you got some for an hour, so, I'm not really sure. Oh yeah update. My acc works for about 5-10min after i rev really high or floor it. Then goes back warm.
