Hi

I've got an 1992 525iSE, but with pants speakers (last owner took out the good ones). So I need to put some new ones in:

1. What sizes do I need (I think it's 5.25 inch / 13 cm for both kick and rear - but not sure).

2. How do I get to the rear speakers? (kick, the panel seems to just unclip).

3. On the dash, there appears to be room for a pair of mini speakers (empty space at the moment, but wiring is in place) - would this be separate tweeters? If so, this is a new concept to me and I don't understand how they work / fit /what size they are / what they get wired to / do you need a special head unit to use them?? any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance for you time and help - much appreciated.

Most likely 5.25"
dunno
it's a 3 way most likely, woofers in the kicks, mids in the dash and tweeters by the mirror.

yep, 5.25"

Grill pops off, four screws holding them in from the top (factory, aftermarket they may have changed how they did it)

it's a little 3" speaker, of sorts -- Contact el.duderino or avincar.com (503-222-1305) about it and have him talk to me, I know a very nice speaker they carry that is budget concious and fits that spot well.
