I need some help from someone near Lawrence. I paid for an m50 motor about 2 months ago. The seller has been coming up with some excusses that his paypal account was locked. I said, I just want my money back.

I have his name and number, if anyone would like to help me out. Maybe visit him for me. I'll gladly reward anyone who helps.

I didn't send him the money via paypal. I sent him a cashiers check, he then for some reason put it in a paypal linked account. Paypal then locked the account. None of that is reallly my problem.

I just want my money back.

When I was getting d!cked around by a member over $140 not being returned to me, that's what I did and he returned my money before it got REAL ugly. I also promised if he returned my money, that I'd have the mods delete the negatory thread about him, which I did.

Making physical threats are not only illegal :nono, but unnecessary. Simply being the biggest PITA to people who owe you money is usually a very good motivator. And there are MANY ways to be a PITA to someone who is not upholding their responsibilities to you.

Damn that sucks. I wish I could help in the persuassion but KS is a pretty far drive from me.

Yeah you mean 100$ right or 1000$? He is trying to open a shop with his buddy were they live to start putting turbo's on cars. I would not trust this guy as far as i could toss him. He is a sneeky guy and lives in his buddies shop. He has a bedroom in the rafters and is really a bum. I hear that he now works at the Encore Place in Olathe and i am going to go over there as soon as i get time and see if i can see his car outside and then if i do i am going to go inside and ask to talk to him. I am going to get his phone number soon so i will give that a try too.
