There's no gravel roads around RC or PA...

there are some shity roads up in yuba/grass valley area you can hit up and i know of one graval one

Not really any "roads" in Palo Alto that are gravel, at least none that you wouldn't get called on immediately by residents. What kind of rental car is it? I'd be looking for empty parking lots or speed bumps if I had one.

it was a taurus v6 fwd rental car,
fun, had it only for a day or so.
was able to find some dirt roads near skyline as well as some long (1-2 mile) stretches in the la honda area.
