View Full Version : WTT: E36 M3 UUC DTM Exhaust for something quieter with normal tips
VR6 Mk3 08-02-2006, 02:22 PM My car came with a UUC exhaust. Not sure what model that it is, but it has 2 separate mufflers at the back, ending in DTM tips. I want something with regular tips, and something that is slightly quieter, but still has a good sound. I'm in the Columbus, OH area. Willing to go +/- cash depending on what you have. It has an amazing sound, I just want something more subtle. It's for an E36 M3 coupe.
EDIT: I found out that it's the TSE exhaust. It has probably 6-7000 miles on it.
I'd pay a little bit to trade for a used Stromung or similar.

VR6 Mk3 08-02-2006, 04:28 PM Not really interested in a stock exhaust. The P.O. offered it to me, but I had no way to get it home. If you guys were local I'd say make me a cash offer and I'll consider it, but I bet that the shipping cost would eliminate the chance of either of us getting a good deal. :(
SebsBlackBimmer 08-03-2006, 01:23 PM I hear ya, good luck man.
VR6 Mk3 08-04-2006, 01:54 PM Anyone else?

I'm sorta local, and would possibly be ok with coming down if I could get a listen to your exhaust on the car first (never heard a UUC exhaust in person). But I have a stock exhaust. PM me if you're interested.

VR6 Mk3 08-26-2006, 10:30 AM I found out that it's the TSE exhaust.
I'd like to get $400 + shipping. I have to imagine that it was $6-700 new. I don't know the exact mileage on it, but it can't be more than 6-7000 miles.
DDBeasley 02-06-2007, 08:31 PM Hey, is the exhaust still for sale?
VR6 Mk3 02-07-2007, 04:27 AM Sure. The car is in storage right now, and I'm out of town, so it will be a few weeks before I could get to it though.
bennyfizzle 02-07-2007, 09:29 AM I would like your exhaust good sir:
Here's my offer, pics, and a vid included in my fs thread seen here:

GotCone? 02-10-2007, 05:19 PM Pics of your UUC TSE DTM?
I didn't see that they made the TSE/RSC36 with DTM tips.
I'm quite interested.

The car is in storage, so anyone who might want to buy it, I wouldn't be able to get to it for a few weeks at least. Depends when the weather gets nice enough for me to move it to my house.
