I have 2003 5 series...and the two inner lights (high beamers) run all the time at low power as daytime running lamps when the normal lights aren't on. Does anyone know if there is an option or way to turn them off?

Also, one of my crappy little cup holders broke. Anyone know how easy it is to replace or should I bug the dealer and have them replace them under warranty??? I hate going to the dealer if I can easily replace something if they give me the parts...

replace the cup holders under warrenty and NEVER ever use them EVER again! they are there for show... that's it.

i think the dealer can turn off the day time running lights. it's a code in the LCM.

if you're gonna turn the DRL's off...you should download the list of car/key memory options and go thru the whole list to see if any other things you'd like to change...it's gonna cost the same to change one as it is to change more than one. Might as well take care of all of them at the same time.
