:rolleyes The whole story began when my fiance ordered a set of smoked tails for my e36 325i. I was excited the day I got them until I went to put them in and they didn't fit. I was a little irritated, but things happen so we sent them back for another set as these were defective.
A few weeks went by and we are still waiting for another set to arrive. My fiance sends a reminder email to them. We are told a new set is being sent out. I got the package and opened it up to find a set of oe style clear tails for a COUPE!!! Ok, mistakes still happen, right? My fiance calls up Umnitza and speaks to Matt who promises he'll take care of it. He sends another set of tail lights quickly...but here is the kicker: they are the same tail lights that they sent me the first time, in the original packaging that I had returned them in!!!!!! :banghead:

can someone please explain to me how a company can resend a customer a defective product? I'm not asking for much, just for a set of tails for my 325i to customize it a little bit.
Next stop is eBay I guess.
