Using Tec3r PNP.

I just see more guys using the 42lb ones...I am only going to run 8-9psi right now then later 12-15psi and thats it. Not looking for huge HP.

You might be pushing the limits on 42 lb/hr injectors and 15 psi, but rough calcs show you might be OK(they're probably good to around 420-450rwhp without pushing them static).

I'd say, we dyno'd ~450rwhp/tq on my car without going static. I believe injector flow-rates are calculated at 3-bar, and our systems are 3.5-bar...

That's true, didn't take that into account in my MS Calculator analysis. :)

Running a bit richer will eat into injector duty cycle pretty quickly though, so it's hard to give a really dead on assessment on when injectors are "giving up the ghost" since it does depend on the tune. They should be enough for his application, but I do like to keep duty cycles below 85%.

GGray,

While its too late, I'd say go with the 55# ones. I'm running 42# injectors and their pretty much maxed out at 10psi.

This is at 11.6-12 AFR range WOT. I wont go any leaner than that, especially with Cali crapgas.

Also look into Mopar injectors. They are easy to get and cheap. They are also low impedence and around 52 lbs.

http://www.mopartsracing.com/parts/fuel.html

Scroll down almost to the bottom of the page and look at the Turbo 2 Super 60 injectors. 52lbs at 3.8 bar. 55 psi. $37.95 each. That is soo cheap. Those are the ones im running at 5bar.

More info on Mopar injectors. http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/perf/fuel.html

Dam 37 bucks! for 52lb...Gee RC has 52 lb inj for like 90 something.

I really don't plan on running more than 9psi right now. I want to build a short block over the winter and then run 12psi on 9.5:1 compression motor.

NEVER script on injectors

FAST has good injetors for cheap.

Or just bite the bullet and get the quality. RCEng FTW. Its all ive ever used and all I will use.

Or until Delphi comes out with the Multec 2 in high flow capacity. Not till late 06-early 07 tho. :(

I just didn't feel like dropping 600+ for injectors when I am not sure if the problem is injectors or not...

In the long run I will more than likely order some RC injectors.

RC quoted me around 90ish per injector.

TT S2 kits use 42lb injectors which is what I actually have right now and right around the same psi you plan to run, but they also include a walboro 255 fuel pump.

that is correct

the old supra came with 440cc/min injectors and they can be pushed to low-mid 400 rwhp without issues. On a 3.2l car. 550 minimum.
